第12届上海骄傲节：敢晒，敢骄傲 Pride12 Is Ready to Raise the Pride

距第12届上海骄傲节还有不到两周的时间，骄傲节团队已准备就绪，将于2020年6月13日至21日与大家一同庆祝。今年上海骄傲节的主题是 “敢晒，敢骄傲 Raise the Pride”，这反映了我们坚持自我认同、展示真实色彩的决心。此时此刻，我们希望更加关注团结众人的事物 —— 爱，友情，社群与骄傲节。

With Pride12 less than two weeks away, the ShanghaiPRIDE team is ready and excited to Raise the Pride on June 13-21, 2020. Our theme this year – “敢晒，敢骄傲 Raise the Pride” – reflects ShanghaiPRIDE’s commitment to asserting our identities and daring to let our true colors fly free. In a time when our world can feel increasingly divided, we hope to focus on what unites us — love, friendship, community and Pride.

鉴于新冠疫情的现状，上海骄傲节对最初的活动日程进行了一些更改。「上海骄傲电影节」和「上海骄傲节艺术展」将延期举行，而其它活动也有所调整，以遵循最佳的安全措施来保护我们的社群。

In light of the current situation with COVID-19, ShanghaiPRIDE has made some changes to our original schedule of events. In particular, the ShanghaiPRIDE Film Festival and Pride Art will be postponed to a later date, while the schedule for a few other events will be shifted in order to follow best safety practices and protect our community.

因此，第12届上海骄傲节将于6月13日正式拉开序幕！当天将有一系列重磅活动。第一场便是「上海骄傲节多元招聘会」，LGBTQ人士和同盟们可以借机深入交流，并寻求加入多元包容的企业，或探讨合作。随后，下午将举行「小组开放日」，让大家更了解来自中国各地LGBTQ社群的组织，一起加入ta们的倡导和活动中。

With that in mind, Pride12 kicks off on June 13 with a roster of events that serve as the backbone of the festival. First up that morning is the ShanghaiPRIDE Job Fair in which LGBTQ individuals and allies can network and seek opportunities with inclusive businesses, followed in the afternoon by Pride Open Day, which provides an opportunity to discover the many groups and communities that support LGBTQ individuals throughout China.

6月13日（星期六），上海骄傲节还将举办「企业多元共融论坛」。现场设有五大主题，为促进更加包容的职场环境助力，例如：同盟计划、创建包容性的员工最佳实践、支持LGBTQ如何使公司整体收益等的讨论。随后，上海骄傲节的「社群论坛」将使这充满正能量的一天更加完美。今年的论坛主题将涵盖「多元家庭」、「心理健康」和「包容教育」。

ShanghaiPRIDE’s Workplace Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Forums will also take place throughout the day on June 13, covering five essential topics to educate companies on how create a more inclusive work environment, from ally programs to inclusive employee handbooks to a discussion of why supporting diversity benefits companies overall. Rounding out this empowered day of community building is the return of ShanghaiPRIDE’s annual Forum discussions covering a diverse range of topics; this year’s topics span Rainbow Marriage, Mental Health and Inclusive Academia.  

紧随着的6月14日（星期日），上海骄傲节一年一度极受欢迎的「骄傲跑」同样不会缺席。同一天的中午将举办「彩虹早午餐」，一起在六月的艳阳下享受彩虹的包围与美食。6月20日（星期六）将举行「上海骄傲电影节」特别放映——“北欧日”。

On the following day, Sunday, June 14, ShanghaiPRIDE’s beloved annual tradition of the Pride Run will make its return, while the Rainbow Brunch is set to let participants enjoy the sunshine and love. Later that week on Saturday, June 20 is a special ShanghaiPRIDE Film Festival screening for Nordic Day.

上海骄傲节在派对方面也有精心准备：年度「女生派对」定于6月18日（星期四）与酷儿女性同乐；精彩纷呈的「粉红派对」定于6月20日（星期六），让我们共同期盼燃情似火的互动与丰富精美的奖品！第十二届上海骄傲节将随着6月21日（星期天）的「彩虹说」落下帷幕。在彩虹说中，LGBTQ社群与盟友们将会分享那些让我们共筑坚守彩虹的故事。

ShanghaiPRIDE also has plenty in store on the party front: The Ladies’ Party, ShanghaiPRIDE’s annual celebration for queer women, is slated for Thursday, June 18, while the Pink Party will go down on Saturday, June 20 with lots of fun and raffle prizes. The festival will then draw to a close on Sunday, June 21 with Pride Talk, an intimate community event in which LGBTQ individuals and allies will share personal stories about what connects us all under the rainbow. 

接下来的这几天，我们希望各位及时关注上海骄傲节在各个社交平台上的更新。上海骄傲节会将竭尽所能，持续守护最佳安全防范。
